Butler Lease is a company that is 100% committed to providing every single renter with a pleasant and easy rental experience. Having rented themselves in the past, Rich and Kama knew more about what they didn't want when starting the business than what they did. They knew what a bad landlord looked like firsthand and wanted to just “do the opposite.” They were determined to provide homes that they would rent to their family members and to offer the type of service they would want offered to them.
The homes they own and lease in many cases have been rented to people they know. Friends have referred their own friends and family members to Butler Lease because they knew they would be in good hands. Their attitude is, “If we wouldn't live in a home, why should we expect you to?”
Butler Lease strives to be a company that makes life easier, from being readily available to fix any problems that might arise to their use of technology. The application is available online, leases can be emailed in advance of the walkthrough to speed the process up, and payments can be made in several ways such as PayPal or bank transfers. Everything is easy at Butler Lease.
A Company with a Head and Heart for Business
We believe at Butler Lease that we can do it better. We know what it's like to rent from someone who doesn't care. We know what it's like to have the heat stop in winter or the pipes backup from lack of maintenance and the necessary repairs take forever. That will never happen to you. We want to be that company that doesn't cut costs or corners, but provides high value service where everyone wins.
